Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. We kindly remind you that if for any reason this does not happen, you may request to return a product that has been purchased on our website.
Because of the sanitary nature of our products, all federal laws and health regulation guidelines are strictly enforced. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. We can not exchange any product that has been used, installed, or altered from its original manner in which it was received. If the item is opened and used in any visible manner, we will not issue an exchange of the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. All items must be in the original packaging (hair still bundled).
Please contact us prior to returning any products. Exchanges will not be permitted after 3 days of which your merchandise has been delivered to you.
