What does the term Double Drawn mean?
The term Double Drawn means thick and voluptuous hair from top to bottom. This is in contrast to the natural ends like our own hair has, which may be thinner towards the bottom.
What is a Co Wash?
A Co Wash is when you wash your hair using only conditioner. The conditioner is used in this wash to provide your hair with moisture and shine, it also helps hydrate the hair. You should treat your bundles just as you treat your natural hair. Conditioning is the most important part of the washing process. For a most beautiful luxurious shine add a few drops of Ancient Greek Remedy oil (Nature’s Moisturizer) along with our Moisture Delux conditioner. I also recommend TRESemme conditioner or Herbal Essences (Hello Hydration). Remember with raw hair the moisture must be replenished often. You may notice that the hair gets better with each conditioning treatment. Like fresh new bundles all over again.
Can I straighten the curly or wavy hair?
Yes, we suggest you have a licensed stylist do so. It is all about the skill level and technique when it comes to straightening curly and wavy hair. Results may differ depending on how the straightening is done and which styling tools are used.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes, all of our hair can be bleached or dyed. Our exclusive collection of raw hair takes really well to bleaching and also coloring. Although our premium bundles can be bleached and or dyed, dyeing or bleaching may lead to shortening the lifespan of the hair and may possibly cause damage when not done correctly. For optimal results please have a licensed stylist do any bleaching or coloring of your bundles.
How is the length of the hair measured?
Our hair is measured in the stretched-out state and is often longer than what is listed. However, with wavy or curly hair, you may want to consider ordering a couple inches longer to accommodate your needed length.
How many bundles should I order?
Lengths 6 inches - 14 inches (2 Bundles)
Lengths 16 inches - 20 inches (3 Bundles)
Lengths 22 inches - 32 inches (4 Bundles)
Lengths 34 inches - 50 inches (5 Bundles)
This is only a recommendation. We suggest that you refer to your stylist for the specific amount needed based on your style/install.
What is the weight of the bundles? Are they full?
Yes, our bundles are very full. Each bundle is approximately 3.4 to 3.9 ounces no matter the length of hair. The longer the hair, the shorter the weft. On occasion our hair may weigh more, or less. The Russian Blonde collection sometimes weight 3.4 ounces (due to its light airy texture of hair) however all of our hair is weighed before being sent to our clients (95% of the time bundles are 3.7oz)
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship from Ohio. Please allow 3 - 5 days order processing time. In most cases our products ship out within a day or 2 from the time your order has been received. We understand that when it comes to quality hair and products, clients want their orders asap. That’s why we work quickly and efficiently to get all orders out ahead of schedule.
How do I track my package?
You will be emailed a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
How long does the hair last?
Results will vary based on how the hair is maintained and what products are used. With proper care our raw hair can last 5 or more years (from personal experience). If at all possible, refrain from using harsh chemicals, hard gels, spritz, alcohol-based products etc. on your hair as much as possible. Always follow up with a deep conditioner after any harsh treatment or product buildup of your hair.
